By Leacey from Australia on 07/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered these boots because they looked stylish and had a functional appeal and they have lived up to their expectations. I have used them for long walks into the village and they are lightweight and provide great traction in the snow. They do appear to have a bulky foot bed but this is all the better for a more stable foot hold. I read a couple of reviews saying that they were too bulky and a bit ugly but I have to disagree - I love them! They are so warm you don't have to wear socks!
By Stephanie Iris from New England-er on 01/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Heavy, Not Comfortable Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: At first, I hated them. They were too clunky, heavy and uncomfortable. After wearing them for a few days, I broke them in and now I absolutely love them. I walk about two miles in the snow- every day, they keep my feet warm and dry. They are a great price. 100% waterproof. These boots have been a life saver. Demolish some SNOW!
It does the job for a cheap price By k from BC, Canada on 01/05/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit, Heavy Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's heavy, clunky and doesn't bend and need to get used to it. I ordered size7 (I am usually 7.5) and it fits a little too big on me, I had to double my socks. The color bled on the fuzzy trim/collar. Kept my feet warm and toasty when shoveling the driveway and playing on the snow. I've been using it since it started snowing on Dec.21 - more than knee high of snow. I'd recommend it if you're on low-budget and needs a practical boots.
My bf has a better sporty knee high sorel and his is way better than mine, it's the more high end line of sorel that hikers use. Images shared by: kSorel on a snowy snowy day Tags: Picture of Product, Using Product

Uglier than they look in the picture By Swampsister from Great Green swamp, Florida on 01/01/2009 Pros: Returned to ugly to try Cons: Didn't give them a chance Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We didn't really give these a chance. My daughter found them to ugly to even try on. Thank goodness I talked her into getting two very different pair of boots. She kept the more stylish and sent back these more functional pair. For her looks are everything. She was only going to use them once for a weekend trip so functionality is not an issue.
