It beats my much more expensive vest and I don't need most of the junk I usually carry in a vest. I bring another bag with everything I might need and leave it in the truck to replentish the pack as needed.

Comments: I really liked this chest pack and used it several times for saltwater fishing. It has plenty of space and is light. However, for me the front portion of the pack kept riding up and choking me. I spent the whole day pushing it down. It might just be a little small for me since I am a fairly large person. I wear XL and XXL so maybe if you are smaller this pack will work fine.

Will be used primarily for stream fishing for trout with spinning tackle. A larger rear compartment for rain jacket and a water bottle would be better.
The latter could also be done with a D ring attachment.
