I then ordered them 1/2 size bigger, they fit perfectly. These boots are beautiful and very comfortable (I walked around for an hour wearing them for the first time and they did not hurt.) I like the fact that they have higher heels than other boot :-).

The stitching inside and the heel area irritated my ankles from the first time I put them on. It was impossible to walk in them without pain.

But after I got them on, they are very comfortable. I love the leather...it has that slightly worn distressed look. Great to wear with jeans for a casual night out.

I will be wearing them mostly to go out. The one thing I do find is that they are a little difficult to get on. I suspect that is because they are new and they will eventually break in.

When I first opened the box, I said, "Oooh!" But, even though I ordered a half-size larger, as advised, they were still too small. So I had to send them back.
