But I bought 2 pairs 1 for my son and 1 for myself. We both are very happy with this purchase and they float, read a review that said straps were kinda iffy but they work fine for us.Maybe they didn't get them tight enough.Would def. recomend.
By Hunter357 from Plymouth county Massachusetts on 07/04/2009 Pros: Easy To Use, Functional Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: If you are using wadders you need to glue patches over boots were the straps and back where the heel part of fins touch boots it will ware them down causing holes . once you do that your good to go.
By Chauchey from Canada on 06/19/2009 Pros: Durable, Easy To Maintain, Easy To Use, Functional Best Uses: Fresh Water, Traveling Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: They're cheap, and they do the job. But they aren't very large and so you end up having to kick pretty hard to get moving against the wind. I wouldn't buy them twice just because I use my float tube alot, but if you're going to use them on sheltered lakes or in good conditions, they're probably not a bad choice. I've used them alot, and caught alot of fish with them. I'd just like the option to go faster against the wind. And I'm not talking a big wind either. Construction is good, durability is great, nothings broken after most of a season of consistant use, also easy to use.

works in the wind of the gorge By windy from The Gorge, OR on 05/03/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Fisher Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these in the lakes around hood river, which is a windsurfing mecca. We get lots of wind on the lakes and they work fine. They are short, so if you are overweight or lazy, these might not be for you.
