Even when tightened the helmet slips back slightly, which was a problem when a motorist turned left in front of me and upon hitting the side of the car was ejected off my bike and did a face plant into the pavement. I ended up with some pretty bad cuts along my forehead because the helmet slipped back upon impact. It would have been a lot worse however, if I had not been wearing one. I got this one to replace my last Bell, which probably saved me from worse injuries.

The helmet cracked around the right front. My skull didn't. Got up and lived to see another day.
Hard to fit for measurements. I even used a tape measure to get the right fit but it still is snug.
