Looks strange, great helmet By The travelling cyclist from San Antonio, Texas on 06/01/2009 Pros: Convenient back-of-head adjustment, Good ventilation, Lightweight, Nice fit system/pads Cons: Poor instruction straps Best Uses: Everyday riding, Road cycling, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: At first the helmet looked awkward. It took some time to figure out how to adjust the straps; however, once the straps were done, everything was great. The ventilation is excellent and the back adjustment system is very easy to use and can be adjusted on the fly. The net padding is very comfortable and drys fairly rapidly. Once the fit was dialed in, I forgot I had it on. My friends are shock because I wear this helmet every time I ride now and I use to never wear a helmet unless I had to. I vary in wearing a skull cap, bandanna, or a headband underneath this helmet and the quick adjustment knob easily facilitates for the change. This was definitely a good buy. I even bought one for my wife who is very surprised by how well the helmet works.
Very Comfortable and Light Helmet By Live2Ride from The Open Road Ahead on 05/05/2009 Pros: Good ventilation, Head-turner, Lightweight, Very Eurochic Stylish Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a very lightweight, stylish helmet. The mesh lining does make it a tad warm. But the fit is wierd, you cannot tighten the helmet after it's on your head - the tightening knob at the back does not work in small increments. So with my head it is either too tight or too loose...and a small tap on the knob loosens it. So I am not too sure how this will work in a crash situation. The way I fit it is to first dial in the size, put in on your head and then adjust further tightness by using the height adjustment mechanism. Not ideal but workable. Also the inner mesh lining makes the helmet slide around your head if you have any hair on your head.
Good looking, well designed helmet By cyclist from montauk, ny on 05/04/2009 Pros: Convenient back-of-head adjustment, Durable, Good ventilation, Lightweight, Nice fit system/pads Best Uses: Everyday riding, Road cycling Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good looking design and color ( I have the bleu and yellow one). Lightweight, great ventilation, and adjustable fit.
I look like a bumblebee.. By Liz near the bike path from Arlington, MA on 05/03/2009 Pros: Convenient back-of-head adjustment, Good ventilation, Lightweight, Nice fit system/pads Best Uses: Everyday riding, Road cycling Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I saw a few comments from reviewers who said this was way too small and they had to return it. It's easy to get that impression, since the adjustment dial at the back of the head isn't obvious, and it arrives with the setting very small indeed. But once you turn that dial, you're in business. The helmet is very light and very comfortable. And what a bargain! I wouldn't mind some less fluorescent color choices, hence the four stars.
By dad from New York City on 05/01/2009 Pros: Convenient back-of-head adjustment, Good ventilation, Lightweight, Nice fit system/pads Best Uses: Cold-weather riding, Mountain biking, Road cycling, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is by far the most comfortable helmet I have used. Properly adjusted- this is easily done- you forget it's on your head. Stays firmly in place without any tight spots. I have a big head, and this helmet is one size fits all, which it does well by just pulling down the strap assembly in the back once the helmet is on your head and turning the knob to tighten. Stylish and very well made: equal to anything out there, and the price was well below market.

I paid about 70 bucks for it and saw it on other web sites for 130 bucks. One helluva deal!!!!!!!
nice helmet, maybe a bit small By area man from somerville, ma on 05/01/2009 Pros: Convenient back-of-head adjustment, Durable, Good ventilation, Lightweight Best Uses: Everyday riding, Road cycling, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A very nice helmet at a great price.
very adjustable, but maybe seems a bit small for my noggin. it doesn't feel like it come down far enough around the sides, but other wise very customizable and a great deal.
it's super light and still quite comfortable.
I would recommend this product, but it's hard to guess how something like this might fit without having tried it, so I would offer the same caveat as for buying shoes online, you just can't tell until you've actually put it on.
By Macaveo from Houston on 04/11/2009 Pros: Convenient back-of-head adjustment, Good ventilation, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I don't have abnormally big head but I couldn't get this to fit me at all. This says universal fit for men and women but it was too small.
By FastVelo from Brooklyn, NY on 05/15/2008 Pros: Comfortable Fit, Good Ventilation, Highly Adjustable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great Helmet.
This is the best fitting helmet that I have owned, I loved it as soon as I put it on, it has a very unique fit system that works really well, and of course never underestimate the power of cool euro styling.
By 48bike from Delaware on 05/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable Fit, Good Ventilation, Lightweight Best Uses: All-Around, Road Biking, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Best fitting helmet that I have ever owned. I have been riding for over twenty years and thought that I have tried most helmets. The LAS helmet is so light and has great airflow, but the fit is spot on! Its like I'm not wearing a helmet at all. However, I will not be able to wear it in the winter, it will have too much airflow.
