Have several pairs of these socks to keep my feet warm. However, large calves will cause socks to roll down. Everything else is fine.

I wore these with liners and although my feet stayed dry, they did keep them warm enough while snowmobiling or skiing. They were ok in every other way and look nice. Not itchy like some wool can be.

I just went downhill skiing in -4 degree weather (with the wind chill it was -20) and only wore these socks in my ski boots. Obviously, my toes got a little cold (I don't think ANY socks could help with -20 degrees!), but this pair did a GREAT job. No bunching, no itching, no problems.
