By Staying Warm from Cleveland, OH on 02/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Stylish, Wicks Away Moisture Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I just ordered two more pairs of these socks! I love them! I am using them for our very cold weather here, not for any sport. These are a nice mid weight and fit in your normal shoe or boot. I like the length of them. They keep your feet and legs very toasty. I am just wearing them to work and around town. A size small is really a size small and they do not bunch up. The tight seams are straight. I have small feet and have a very hard time trying to find socks that fit me. I have tried girls sizes but they are too short on the calf. As I said, I immediately came back and ordered two more pairs of these. My teen said they were really cute and asked where I bought them. STP has the best prices. These are seconds I think but I cannot tell what classifies them as seconds. They seem perfect.
By Many mile hiker from Vermont on 02/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Stylish Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wish these features had been available in a hiking sock - but I can live with the ski sock calf length for the softness and warmth. In the northeast, I wear these year round for hiking and/or all day long at work in the winter.

By Dread Girl's Mom from Beautiful Northern Michigan on 01/21/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Stylish, Wicks Away Moisture Cons: I only bought one pair Best Uses: Daily Use, Hiking, Snowmobile Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are great. They are long enough to go over the calf and to the knee. They layer well with a base layer. I wear them snowmobiling and my feet stay nice and warm, without the bulk of other wool socks. They fit well in my hiking boots so use them for winter general use also.

Really comfortable ski sock By Nic from New York on 01/20/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Design, Wicks Away Moisture Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good ski and snowshoe sock. Extra cushioning built in and stays in place well. Only draw back is the wool balls up a bit and I did not think it will last to many washes. But it is very comfortable so for that it gets an excellent rating
