Great socks w/ a lot of cushion! By Cindy the Hiker from Michigan on 09/19/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Design, Stylish, Wicks Away Moisture Cons: Balls some when washed, Runs just a tad big Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great for adding cushion inside your boots.
I have not wore them in really hot weather but I think they are better suited for cold to milder days.
I wear an 8 1/2 shoe but should have gone down a size for a snugger fit. I will purchase more of the smaller size.

By windy mom from chicago on 04/25/2008 Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Went canoeing in Chicago in April with them-wet and cold. Not only did they keep my toes warm when throughly drenched, I had none of the typical "wet sock" discomfort. Hopefully they will perform as well backpacking next weekend!
