These are perfect cold weather slippers. The felt bottoms are fine and not slippery. They are not suited for outdoor use.

These slippers are very thin and provide no warmth. The soles are thin and provide no support. Reason for not returning: too much trouble and not enough time to package back up and go to the postoffice (10 mi. away).

The wool keeps me warm and toasty without being restrictive. On the other hand, they are not so loose as to fall off my foot. In a word, they are perfect. I put them on as soon as I get home and don't take them off until I go to bed.
