Great Resort / Back Country Boot By JJ from Brooklyn, NJ via the Rockies on 03/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Quality Construction Best Uses: Backcountry, Powder Describe Yourself: Advanced Skier Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love these boots. Very light. Great if you want one pair of boots to use at the resort and in the back country. Nearly as stiff as a regular alpine boot, but much lighter. Warm and wide. If you are looking for a purely back country boot, for 10 days of AT skiing from the yurt, this might be a bit too stiff, but if you occasionaly put on some skins and occasionally buy a ticket, these are a great option.
