Fits snug, but that's OK for a thermal base layer.

I also use it on really cold days for working outside - it takes the place of a bulky outer layer.

Note that is has an athletic cut. If you are more than "trim" maybe go up a size.

I use it between 50-60 degrees under a short sleeve jersey. Below 50 I go to the long sleeve version.
