By Trad Hans from Madison, WI on 01/04/2008 Pros: Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for my younger sister, and she loves them! They're really nice boots, in great colors with simple and easy to use zippers (no laces!), yet it has the pull to keep them tight! They're really warm for the Wisconsin winter, yet are made of nice materials and made in Canada by a well-known company, Kamik. She uses them when she goes sledding, and when she goes to school. An all around good product.

By Mitu from Pennsylvania on 12/20/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Keeping footsies warm Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are easy to use, because of the zipper and toggle thingie up front. Seem nice and warm and dry, although the temp has only been down to 25 degrees so far. I am delighted to have them ready for snow shoveling and dog-walking (etc.) this winter!
By Sarah the Mom from Madison, WI on 12/19/2007 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Not overly fashionable Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Living in Wisconsin with two little kids means I needed a boot I could wear for playing in the snow, shoveling, and going through that slushy stuff that's everywhere between the car and the house or store. These boots are it. I love that the liners are removable and washable, and the top of the boot can either be hidden inside the leg of my pants (when I'm in public,) or my pants can be tucked into it (when I'm shoveling or playing in the snow.)
I wish I had bought 2 pairs! By Eqnfun from New Hampshire on 12/19/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Warm Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for everyday wear. I have a horse stable and have 30 horses boarded here. I have to go out in ALL kinds of weather. Have worn these boots everyday since I got them. Very warm and comfortable to wear all day, even with a lot of walking. Wish I had bought two pairs so I could have one that didn't smell like horses! Love the boots.
Warm and Waterproof but heavy By Jen the islander from Mack Island, MI on 12/19/2007 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Don't Breathe, Heavy Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I live in very cold weather and these boots are sooooo warm. But they are heavy and eventually my feet sweat. But the price is great.
By Yuliya from Missoula, MT on 12/13/2007 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got size 7, when i open the box boots seemed so small i thought there is no way they will fit. Well they do fit. Last time i wore 2 pair of socks under, little tricky boots.
After all i am happy with my purchase, i did got to test them in the Montana snow and my feet was the only part that didn't got cold.
Didn't keep my feet warm! By Twigy from Buffalo, NY on 12/12/2007 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Waterproof Best Uses: Slippery Terrain, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased these boots because [...] it was indicated that my feet would stay warm in up to -25 Degree Weather. I went out over the weekend with my family to cut down a Christmas tree and was excited to try out my new Kamik boots. Unfortunately, they did not keep my feet warm. I was very disappointed.
By Kara from North Dakota on 12/12/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these as my first snow boots having just moved to North Dakota. I love how easy they are to get on and off, and I like the height. They are not SUPER warm, but they keep my feet warm enough - so far down to minus ten. They are a little loose around the foot, but I usually wear size 9.5 and I got 10. They are simple boots. My husband got snow boots that he has to tie and untie and now wishes he would have gotten something more like this, but his are warmer.
