My feet are warm again, and I'm liking winter again! These boots are great for going sliding with my small child, which involves both sliding and standing in the snow, as well as general wear in the snow. These are real, solid, practical boots. I got them for 50% off, and I can't imagine finding anything like them for that price in stores where I live.
By Suzy Chapstick from Bay Area, CA on 02/17/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These seem to run large. I am normally between a 7.5 and 8 so ordered an 8 which seemed a full size too large (at least). They look as advertised but somehow I expected them to look better - they look like industrial rubbers and the big blue shoelaces made it difficult to tie. I returned these but if you can get the right size and don't mind the look they do seem like a warm dry boot.

The camo pattern is awesome and I get tons of compliments on how cute they are!

By LN from NY on 02/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's been a brutal NY winter and I was without snow boots. These are very warm and just what I needed. I have found they are stiff (perhaps it will get better when I wear in the leather upper a little)which made it difficult to drive wearing them. They are also bulkier than I thought (from the picture I was thinking of a Dr. Martens profile, but it's definitely bigger). But they are completely waterproof and very warm, which is why I bought them. Overall, I am very pleased.
By sweetsanity from Johnston, IA on 02/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I live in the midwest where we get lots of snow. I needed boots that were comfortable, warm, waterproof & possibly cute! I found all these things in these boots! I bought the Pink Camo style and now I actually have cute winter boots! Most importantly, they are comfortable to wear for long periods, and they're waterproof. I can once again go sledding with my son.
By Hi Desert from CA on 01/22/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I chose these boots for cold and mixed snow/wet weather conditions and they met my expectations. My feet stayed warm in 25-40 degree temps. They are very lightweigth compared to others although entry/exit wasn't quick. You really have to loosen those laces and the traction isn't great for narly stuff but that wasn't enough to make me unhappy with the purchase. Sorel is a great brand of winter boot.
By Jenny from Colorado on 01/21/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Snowshoeing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are great. Like previous comments, I would agree that they do run a bit large, however with a nice pair of warm socks they fit perfect. They are warm, comfortable and stylish. Would recommend these boots.
I would buy this boot again. By liondog from Seabrook, NH on 01/19/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love the boots but I do not think that the quality is there that Sorel had in my last pair that were at least 15 years old. They were the same style as these but the old pac color.
I do like the black with blue trim better. If a pac can be feminine, then this combination is it.
By Izza from Toronto, Ontario on 01/18/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These would be perfect boots if they had velcro tabs rather than laces. The laces come undone easily and it's a pain.
