Too difficult to get on or off By loveSTP from Chicago, IL on 09/16/2009 Cons: Bulky, Difficult Entry & Exit, Heavy Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Was hoping that these boots were going to work for my very active 3 year old, but just trying to get them on were very difficult (to say the very least). No way that he would be able to put these boots on or off by himself. Too bad because they seemed like they would've been great for our Chicago winters. These are going back and my search continues...

They were hard to put on him and adjust.
By JW from Nebraska on 09/10/2009 Pros: Good Traction, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit, narrow Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought all the features of the boot were great EXCEPT that I could not fit my son's feet into them. They were plenty long, but just too narrow. I'm not sure if it is the boot or my son's feet, but he will not be able to wear these.

By ExPat Dad from Moscow, Russia on 04/01/2008 Best Uses: Temps at or just above 0 Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots have great traction and my five year old digs their pink color, however thay have a really big design flaw. The felt liner is split in the front for easy entry/exit, but the shell of the boot does absolutely nothing to cover this gap. There is only a layer of nylon between your loved ones' ankles and the biting cold! Would not buy again -too bad as the rest of the boot is up to par.
By Likes good boots Mom from Fenton, MI on 12/10/2007 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These were purchased for my 4 year old daughter for school and outdoor play. She complains that they are heavy (especially to sit in the car with no foot rest). They haven't yet been to the test as we have had only a small amount of snow this year, but I have no complaints so far.
