By Kari from Denver, CO on 02/01/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a very pretty nicely made boot but unfortuately too small around the top of the boot. Zipper too tight.
I hate them because I love them By Juniper - not a tree. from Edmonton Alberta Canada. on 01/06/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, EEEEASY exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Not Warm, WAY TOO EASY EXIT Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Im a university student. Bought for school walking and wintercamping. I wanted the lace up Lavellas but the store didnt have my size. (Im also big foot) Like other comments say, these are going back to the store as soon as I find a store that has another boot that doesnt suck in my size. The zippers fall down twenty steps after putting them on. Very disappointed- angle of zipper and zipper quality play a part in this. Not warm as they could be because air and moisture get in through the open zipper... A strap would keep it up, or some kind of zipper lock...?
