By Winter Mom from NorthEast on 12/05/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I needed a lightweight boot to wear during the long winter season. The boots are comfortable, I can drive while wearing them (most boots were too bulky) and they keep my feet warm and dry.

By The babysitter from KY on 12/04/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: All the time, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have to get out in the cold a lot and my feet always felt frozen. Not anymore. I even keep these by my bed to put on in my home, no more cold feet!!
By Jo in the Sno from South Dakota on 12/03/2008 Pros: Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear a size nine in a shoe and ordered a size nine. They fit well with a heavy sock. The upper is STIFF and rubs my shins (so a heavy sock is needed.) Hopefully this will not last forever! Don't expect to put these on and wear them comfortably all day. They'll need to be broken in. I've had the regular Bugaboots in the past, but one cracked. I ordered the Plus this time as reviews for the Plus boots don't seem to have the cracking issues about 25% of the reviews had for the regular Bugaboots.

By Hurricane Sue from Lake, MI on 11/22/2008 Pros: Breathable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Part of my job is playground supervision. I live in Michigan and the winters can be very cold at times. I have owned and loved a pair of Bugabootoos for eight years. I raved about the product and they served me well. They are warm, comfortable, well made, and a good looking boot. However, the Bugabootres are probably the most uncomfortable boots I have ever purchased. The synthetic material used in the back is extremely stiff and rubbed constantly against my legs when walking. They were painful. Sorry to say that I sent them back. I am waiting for the exchange product to arrive. I am hoping that they have an all leather upper as advertised. Please be sure to read the detailed product information.
"These boots are 'not' made for walk'n" By Yooper from U.P. of MI on 11/16/2008 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots were absolutely adorable, however there was no give in them when I walked. My calfs would hit the back and my shins the front. Too bad, I truly liked the look of this.
