By big dog tk from winter park Co. on 10/03/2009 Cons: Flimsy Construction, Handles Poorly, Poor Components, WHEELS SUCK Best Uses: FOR SITTING IN THE GARAGE Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a pro D.H. rider for Trestle bike park in winter park Colorado. My first thought was i'll try it. once i got up to my racing speed you find that it sucks. the tubes (no matter what kind you buy) are always poping(even with the best spock sealers). The shifter brock just from average shifting. the break cables are hard to pull even after many tune ups. the frame is as flimsy as tinfoil. The fork is one of the worst on the market, offering almost no adjustment at all and it is always tight.
By Jest from Hell, Arizona on 09/09/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Handles Well Best Uses: Commuting, Mountain Biking Describe Yourself: Casual Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great bike, have dropped it, kicked it, crashed it, still alive :). Put street tires on it and it is great for around town. Quick tire change and I can hit the trail.
