Great Boots for Beginers! By Snowboarding Mom:o) from Flagstaff, AZ on 03/19/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Lacing System, Quality Construction, Warm Cons: Heal pulls up a little Describe Yourself: Getting Started Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I just started snowboarding this season. These boots are not fancy but do the job for a beginer. My only complaint is that my heal was pulling up on the first day due to the boots being stiff. On the second day it was much better after the inner liner was soft and I could tighten the inner lace down tight. They paid for themselves after two days due to not having to rent. I'm looking forward to using them next season. This is a great boot for the price!

By Mike from Ogden, UT on 03/07/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Lacing System, Good Traction, Quality Construction, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good outer shell construction. Basic boot, nothing to fantsy. This is a step up from thier rental boots. Would recommend this boot to someone who is new to the sport however a more advanced rider would be disapointed with the lack of options and internal construction.

By Aileen from Scottsdale, AZ on 03/03/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Lacing System Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these along with a pair of DC Judge boots to compare. It only paled in comparison when it came to fit - the Judge had all these adjustments you can make to achieve the best fit while these boots only had the laces to do the trick. If I didn't have the Judges next to them, I probably would have kept this pair.
By Arachnobarbie from Des Moines, Iowa on 03/03/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Quality Construction, Warm Describe Yourself: Getting Started Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As a beginner snowboarder, I just wanted my own boots rather than a pair of soggy rentals. These are great for me!! They are comfortable, warm, and look great!! Couldn't be happier.

Basic Boot Meets all Basic Needs By QT Pie from Boston, MA on 02/25/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Quality Construction Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Burton boots are made with quality construction, and this boot is no different. The fit is great and know that the inside boot does expand after you go snowboarding ~4-5 times. So if it feels tight at first, wear it around the house and you will instantly notice how much the foamy material actually expands. For the price, you can't get a better constructed boot with basic lacing. The inside is not well padded and it often leaves the toes a little cold on the lifts. The boot feels a little on the stiff side but again, that's the same with all the basic boots. The boots fit in every binding combination imaginable (Salomon, K2, Ride, Burton, etc.) so there is no need to worry about what will work and what won't. This boot is not for advanced riders (2 years+) but a good starter boot. It looks great with a 2008 Feelgood and there are plenty of matching bindings out there. Enjoy this buy for any starter out there.
