By Skiman from steamboat, CO on 01/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easily Adjustable, Lightweight, Protective, Stylish, Well Ventilated Cons: Could be a bit warmer Best Uses: Downhill, Skiing, Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: great, well ventilated comfortable helmet. Note that the 2007 model does not have the custom fit adjustmaent feature. This is not important if the helmet is the correct size. It is not the warmest helmet but this can be remedied with a smartwool or turtle headcover worn under the helmet in cold conditions.

Helmet shipped by STP is older model By A from Texas on 01/05/2009 Cons: Lacks InForm Adjust wheel Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Giro Fuse Helmet shipped from Sierra Trading does not match what is shown on the Manufacturers website in term of features. The Helmet shown on my order was supposed to be a 2007 with the In-Form Adjust Wheel feature. The one shipped to me was manufactured in 2006 and lacks the InForm wheel adjustment. By OotDurGuy from Englewood, CO on 01/03/2009 Pros: Easily Adjustable, Great Peripheral Vision, Lightweight, Protective, Stylish, Well Ventilated Best Uses: Skiing, Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This year of the Fuse has more features than the '09 Fuse. If it fits your head shape, it's a great buy. The Fuse is for a round head. If you have an oval head, it will not fit right. Some of the other Giro helmets are made for oval heads.
