The frame is semi-transparent and what you see thru the lenses is framed by a blurred landscape! This is kind of entertaining but absolutely not for driving of any kind of sports...

They seem to be very well built and at a great price. The frames on mine are translucent and lighter than pictured (they look opaque and dark green in the photo). Get a pair.

I'm very happy with them.
