No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The shoulder strap unlatches at random times. It has happened so many times that I no longer trust the bag carrying my laptop - which was a big reason why I purchased the bag. I am looking for a replacement.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use this bag to carry my "necessities." Ilike the waist strap which helps keep the thing on my shoulder. I would have liked to have pockets inside the bag to hold small items like datebook, pens, etc.
