The only problem for me is that the shoes won't stay tied, so I've changed the shoe laces.

All of my work shoes are Dansko. I purchased a few pairs for casual wear, outside of work. They are so worth their money.
Some of my coworkers complain of hurting feet during the day..and I just listen. The big, rubber soles are worth their comfort.

I walked all over Europe on a pair similar to this and have plans for these also. The shoes can be worn with many outfits and prevent looking "too casual" but still comfortable. They are cute and you can wear them all day. They offer the Dansko support that I have grown to really appreciate.

The Janika is a great shoe true to size. I have a wide foot and definitely should stick with the wider sizes that Dansko offers. Janika slips a bit more than the other style that I'm used to (the Jocelyn,) but the laces keep the shoe where I want it.

The arch support is great. they have a toe plate of some sort that protects my toes lest something should fall on them.

These shoes have worked out very well. The only disappointment is that they are a bit short. For the most part, I can still wear them, but if a larger size would have been available perhaps I would have exchanged them. Size 39 is more like an 8, than an 8 1/2. As long as I'm not creating another foot problem for myself, they will work out. And, they are very nice looking!
