They are warm and stylish. The soles are flexible and soft. I hardly notice them. These slippers are great for when I have to go into the garage to get something in the car. My socks don't get wet and dirty!

When I first put them on they hurt across the top of my arch, but after one wearing they were like soft leather gloves. I particularly like the extra elasticized area around the back of the heel - I have a narrow heel but wide width which is often difficult to accommodate. I also have a high arch. These allow me ease of on and off, light-weight, non-slip sole comfort for around the house. I an a northerner so I wear socks with my slippers (these might not fit someone who has an overall narrow foot). I may indulge in another pair.

I'm using them at home, and for travel to our vacation home; they pack very well. I like to have a sturdy sole on slippers and these have that without sacrificing style.

I'm not sure about the reviewer who said they were too loose. I ordered them in what I considered to be a safe size and they fit nicely. Unfortunately I would have preferred a little extra room so I could easily slip them on even if I was wearing socks but that isn't going to happen with these. I have to work my foot into them using my hands and I think they'll fit too snug even with thin socks on. Too bad for my ankles I guess... if I had to do over again I'd definitely order a full size up.
