Previous experiance with Trask products caused me to order 1/2 size larger than usual, which solved the problem.

By BankerDude from CA on 01/12/2009 Pros: Classic Design, Well Made Describe Yourself: Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice looking shoe, very well made, but would have tried to get slightly wider size. Being that it is leather was able to stretch to make the fit better and once done fits very nicely.
Too bad they're discontinued By Anowara from upstate NY on 01/05/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Classic Design Best Uses: Business Casual, Casual Wear Describe Yourself: Conservative, High-end shopper Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Same fit and quality as my prior pair I'm wearing now. Bought a second pair when I heard they're dicontinued and price was good. Need some break-in to be comfortable. Sole wears a bit quickly on hard surfaces like pavement/concrete; no probs indoors. Too bad they're discontinued by Trask!
Not good at all - bad fit and many issue By cappy from Springfield, NJ on 12/31/2008 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters, Too Stiff, Uncomfortable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This was a big disappointment. One shoe felt bigger than the other and very stiff. Also had hot spots at the toe and heal. Can give this one away. First pair of shoes returned and kept the Neil Patriot Tassel Loafers as they fitted better.

By cappy from springfield, NJ on 12/31/2008 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters, Too Stiff, Uncomfortable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Just a very bad quality control as one shoe felt way too small with heal and toe hot spots.
Awesome shoe lasts forever. By dream big from USA on 12/29/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Well Made Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've purchased 3 different shoes from this brand for my husband and they were all terrific. He says they are a little tight at first then stretch out and are very comfortable. They are very well made and last forever. He likes this pair as much as the other ones he has.
By Rick from Cleveland on 11/10/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Breathes Well, Classic Design, Comfortable, Durable Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent shoes especially for travel and checking through the airport scan. Dressy enough to be a one pair of shoes for both business and casual.
I had the first pair resoled and that was a mistake as the side stiching wore out and the cost to repair was expensive.
It is to bad Trask has discontinued them as they have become a standard for my wardrobe. They did not require a break in period and the care for them only required the use of saddle soap and Trask Buffalo butter.
