They have enough stability for my 5'3'' , 135. lb. frame, but are light and flexible enough to keep my plantar fascitis subdued.
The only drawback is that they tend to wear out at around 300 miles.
I have found the best price for these at Sierra and have bought them 3 times.

They have not been able to top the performance of the GTS6 with the GTS7 or GTS8.

I especially like that the toes have lots of air circulation so that my feet don't get too hot when I run. I wear a half-size larger than my normal size to get a good fit. This is my second pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS and I'll buy another pair when I wear these out.
