This is a beautiful equestrian-styled boot. I found it easy to pull on. It has leather soles and a nice smooth heel -- no lug to the sole at all. They are made in Italy and look and feel like quality boots that would last a long time.
That said, I have a medium-width foot and this was pinching me pretty badly on the sides within a few hours of wear. I hated to return them because they are lovely boots but the width makes them unwearable for me.
