By TLuwho from Asheville, NC on 08/04/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight Best Uses: Pavement, Trails, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought a second pair to keep in storage in case this model is discontinued, that's how well they fit. I usually wear a regular width but found the d width to add a nice amount of extra toe width, a risk that panned out at the bargain price nearly 1/3 retail cost.
By no nickname from Indiana on 07/27/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable Best Uses: Pavement, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was concerned that this would be too narrow a shoe for me, but it is PERFECT - I pronate, so am always looking for mid foot stability. This shoe is good - not the best stabilizer I have had, but I rotate my running shoes, so this was a good add on.
I would buy this product again. Plan to wear them on my Austrailian Walk About.
By Happy shopper from Cincinnati, OH on 07/14/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Traction Best Uses: Rough surface, Trails, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these shoes for walking on uneven rough surface, such as cobblestone, broken pavement or uneven trails. The shoes have firm support. They are not as cushiony as New Balance running shoes that I usually wear.
I find New Balance runs a half size and one width smaller than most shoes, so I buy larger and get good fit.
By 8 mile jogger from Virginia on 06/19/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Fast, Good Traction, Lightweight Best Uses: Pavement, Track, Trails, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love the overall look and feel of these shoes. They are a little snug across the ball of my foot, but I have wide feet, and after one run, they seemed to loosen up. I would probably have ordered a half size bigger (7.5 vs. 7) if they had it.

would definitely recommend to anyone who needed a good all around running shoe with wide width and good overall support.
By akitalo from fort lee, nj on 06/11/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these to take on vacation with me. I thought taking real hiking boots were a bit too much and too heavy. I walked all over China with them and they worked out fine. I went to Las Vegas recently and lent my shoes to my sister. It started raining while we were walking down the strip in front of the Paris Casino. I noticed that she hydroplaned on the pavement in the heavy downpour. A lot of other people hydroplaned in front of the same casino as well. I was surprised since these shoes were supposed to have great traction. It could be that the casino sidewalk was made of material that can get slippery in the rain. (Rain is not a huge consideration in Vegas).

Not too comfy though. I should have ordered a bigger size (7 or 7.5) instead of 6D
