why the wide worked for me By cat from pennsylvania on 04/06/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Every time I purchased an 11M, no matter the maker, the shoe would be wide enough but just barely too short, and my daughter would be the happy recipient. I decided to order the 11W and was pleased to find that my toes no longer felt pressed and packed anteriorly. So, if your size is coming up too short, order the wide. Worked for me.
You'd be hardpressed to find better! By sie_singt from backwoods of New England on 03/27/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Fast, Good Traction, Lightweight Best Uses: Track, Trails, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The shoes are excellent... I'm running some pretty raw trails, rocky, covered in leaves and sticks.
There's almost NO slip factor, the shoes are tight to the feet leaving you feeling very secure.
I've had a slight problem with the back of one rubbing, and am experimenting with different lacing to see if that helps.
The shoes are, however, really well made. The laces stay tied. I'd recommend them, nice bounce, probably best for trails or track as opposed to pavement. :)
