Comments: I use my shoes for walking to work and standing on concrete for at least 3 hours at a time. That's not counting the rest of the day of being on my feet. The shoes look great, but could use a little more arch support.

Pros:
Breathable, Good Traction, Lightweight
Best Uses:
Running errands
Describe Yourself:

Comments: These are very basic lightweight shoes with little to no arch support and low level comfort. They are not cushioned enough for actual aerobic cross training but if you are just walking from weight machine to weight machine they might be okay. I would not wear these for any kind of impact training.
