By Casual User from Michigan on 09/02/2008 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Lightweight, Price, Stows Easily, Warm Cons: Zipper hard to start Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Backpacking, Car Camping Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Although it was too hot to crawl into on my Mexico trip in June, it was perfect at 10,000 feet (Ok, 9,000 something) in the Tetons in July. Temp was down to upper 30s and I still slept in just shorts. Bag is a little tight (it IS a mummy) but at 5' 10" and wide shouldered, I had no problem getting used to it. It has some cool features for keeping the warmth in; pull down hood, a Velcro strap INSIDE to keep the warmth down where your body is, and a draw string in the inside as well. Took a while to figure out how to use them all, but they worked.

I loved the color and the texture. I didn't even need a pillow, because the head part was somewhat padded.

Great price, too. If you are any taller than 6 feet, definitely go for the long bag.
By d from Seattle on 07/23/2008 Cons: Heavy, Poor Hood Design, Zipper Snags Easily Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Comments: Bulkier than I expected--haven't slept in it yet, but it doesn't seem as well made as more expensive bags.

By a customer from Rochester, NY on 07/07/2008 Pros: Warm, Water Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this sleeping bag because, to be honest, I needed something quick and fairly cheap. I needed something that was fairly lightweight and simply kept me warm and dry. It did that excellently. It is pretty bulky though, I couldn't go backpacking with it unless I got a compression sack to go over the existing stuff sack it comes with. But, for car camping, its perfect.
By Wandering Pan from Continental Divide on 06/23/2008 Cons: Compression Sack Needed Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Backpacking, Cold Conditions Describe Yourself: Professional Guide What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I tend to find myself in rainy conditions often, and have learned that expensive down fill bags get rotted. This bag does every thing I need a bag to do, it lets me get sleep. Not the fanciest bag I have ever had, but it works great for me.
By Kid Stickly from Frankfort, KY on 06/18/2008 Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Backpacking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great sleeping bag for the price. I used it and was very impressed at how comfotable it was and how easy it fit into my backpack. The zippers work great with little snag and the head area can streatch a good amount. However it is a tight fit in the bag but if you work with it a little it is not to bad to squezze it in. I would also Like to say that I bought the 6 foot bag and I am about 6 foot 1. If I had to go back I would get the next giggest size because when I streach all the way out I am a little crampt
