By MtPaul from Western Montana on 02/10/2009 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Comfortable, Warm Cons: Compression Sack Needed Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Car Camping, Cold Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great bag, my son was very warm in 10 degree weather. I haven't used mine yet. It's a bit snug for my 5' 11" but should work out. It's a bit bulky, but fits our needs of scout camp outs and car camping.
By Curt from Austin, tx on 01/06/2009 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Great Zipper System, Warm Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Backpacking, Car Camping, Cold Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My only complaint is the length. It is rated for people up to 6 feet tall. I'm 5' 10". Either my toes push uncomfortably against the end, or the top of the bag doesn't cover the tops of my shoulders.
By CamtheClimber from Columbus, OH on 12/29/2008 Cons: Compression Sack Needed Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great bag, plenty of room inside so it's not to constricting. The downfall of that is that it is very large if you plan to backpack with it. It can be done, just with sacrifices

It was our first winter camp in tahoe this year and the temp got to about 23 degrees. They were both warm and comfy. I'm 6'5" and they are too short for me, but for the girls, they are perfect. Other stores had the same type of bag for[$]Great buy and I love Sierra Trading post!
By Aster from Canaan, NY on 08/16/2008 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Great Zipper System, Warm Cons: Compression Sack Needed, Heavy Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Backpacking, Cold Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was the only one on my backpacking trip to Vermont who was warm at night in this great sleeping bag. A little heavier than I'd like but compressed easily.
By Allen from West Jordan, Utah on 07/26/2008 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Drawstring System, Lightweight, Stows Easily, Warm Best Uses: Backpacking, Cold Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: High praise for this sleeping bag. Made to be used inside of a shelter. Will work well in a snow cave but will need a waterproof pad between bag and snow. Two slight negatives. #1 the zipper seems to snag easily but in turn is easy to fix. #2 although the price was the best for this item, the shipping cost took the price above a local purchase. I see other great deals but will likely shop at an outlet when I am in the area.
