Great bag, especially for the price! By AK Mom from Anchorage, AK on 09/01/2009 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Comfortable, Roomy, Stows Easily, Warm Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Car Camping, Cold Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We bought this bag for the Alaskan outdoors and we are pleased with its durability, warmth and overall design. We did not experience any problems with the zipper as some other reviewers commented. The bag is not lightweight, but not extremely heavy either. I would not recommend for extended backpacking due to the weight, but for ideal for campgrounds, cars, etc. We bought four of the bags, one of them an extra-large for my husband who is 6' 2" and it is the perfect length for him. The bag is very comfortable with plenty of soft cushion. The price of the bag was unbelievable and I do not think any corners were cut for the price; it is a high quality product that I would greatly recommend.

By Inuit Fan from Pennsylvania on 01/01/2009 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Warm Cons: Compression Sack Needed, Zipper Snags Easily Best Uses: Cold Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I used this bag on New Years Eve 2008. It was about 10 degrees without wind chill and 0 degrees when accounting for that. I love the high loft of the bag and the lack of cold spots. The stuff sack was just the right size to shove the bag in without much trouble. My only concern is the poor zipper system. I did not rip the material but it got caught several times. Overall a wonderful bag. I can't wait to try it in a snow shelter.
