Great for all kinds of stuff! By Barb from Austin, TX on 08/12/2008 Pros: durable, Easy to Clean, Large capacity, Very adjustable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use this bag every day to carry wallet, keys, phone and other stuff. It's easy to use as an across the body for being hands free. It has organizer pockets that seem sufficient to carry small stuff like lipstick, asprin, compact etc. This includes pockets you can put pens in.
There is another netted pocket on the inside that is great for my cell phone. I can see it and it sits upright.
The only thing that would make this bag perfect for me would be an outer zipper pocket on the backside.
By Avid reader from Napa, CA on 08/11/2008 Pros: Great for the workday, Large capacity, Light weight, Small but roomy, Very adjustable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this bag. I generally like very small bags but I can put my water bottle, camera and everything else I need, along with a small notebook and I'm good to go - to work or on vacation.
Timubk2 Metro the perfect fit By Jen the closet adventurer from Portland, ME on 08/11/2008 Pros: Large capacity, Very adjustable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this bag. I was looking for a compromise between a purse and a bag. I can fit a large paperback book, a small SIGG water bottle plus all of my usual purse item IE wallet, pens etc. The inside of this bag is just like the regular messenger bag (this I highly recommend as well). This metro does not have a shoulder strap so it is meant for lighter days. It also works very well in the rain. I have already been caught in a few rain storms and it has held up great!
Perfect size, cute appearance By Alli from Asheville, NC on 08/11/2008 Pros: Good padding, Large capacity, Very adjustable Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use to not carry a purse. Complete minimalist. I finally invested in one so I could carry a cell phone. Now I have an iPod and would like to carry my digital camera as well. So I expanded to a larger purse. This is the perfect size, with nice compartments to help with organization.

Great around town and hicking in the mountains. I am so glad I made this purchase. And I got a great deal at Sierra trading Post. I got the light green and chartreuse- love the color
By Very Busy Gal from Pittsburgh PA on 07/26/2008 Pros: Easy access, Easy to use, Large capacity, Lots of Pockets, Very organized Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use this bag as my purse. It holds all the stuff I need for my two kids as we go out and about in the summer - including first aid supplies! I know where everything is and don't have to spend hours fishing around in my bag for stuff when I need it fast. It is light weight, brightly colored but not too large. My only complaint is that once all the stuff is in the bag there is not much room for anything else. It could be just a tad larger.
By Aladarye from Tennessee on 07/20/2008 Pros: Good padding, Plenty of Room Best Uses: Day trip, Purse Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love all the pockets. There is enough room inside to carry the daily essentials (wallet, checkbook, etc.) plus lots of extras. I have my glasses case, lens cleaner, chapstick, pens...everything that might be needed right down to nail clippers and tweezers. There's a place for everything.
The only downside I have for this bag is that the strap is too short for me. I'm 6'2", and if I want to carry it over my body, it hangs higher on my back than I like. So, ladies, if you're on the taller end of the scale, you may want to look in to finding a replacement strap somewhere, because other than that, this bag is awesome!
By Hestia from elk grove, ca on 07/15/2008 Pros: Large capacity, Very adjustable Best Uses: Backpacking, Day trip Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Roomy inside and enough small pockets for me. I really like that it has pockets, both inside and outside, to stash a water bottle.
