I love how they look; to me they are stylish and classic, and I hope to get many years out of them. My feet tend toward narrow (but not so narrow that I wear narrow widths, except in Dansko clogs), and these fit me perfectly. No pinching, no binding, even after wearing them for an entire day. I purchased them in black and am thinking of getting them in the brown!

These fit the bill plus came in narrow. They fit perfectly, look great and seem comfortable so far.

I think to be comfortable I'd need to size up to at least a 9W. The calf is pretty snug, though, and I'm relatively skinny and tall (5'7" and 130 lb) so I'm trying to decide if they're worth keeping or if I'd rather send them back...

Comfortable basic boot which runs super narrow.I wear regular B width and ordered W width; could not even zip them up. Their W width is close, but not the same as B width. The shaft is shorter length than indicated; does not reach up to knee. A person with narrow calves would love those boots. They're very comfy if you can get them on.
