I wanted the same organization in a dress-up material. Extra-small is big enough; there is one less pocket inside, but I can deal with that. My cell phone does not slip out of its pocket, either due to the leather or the smaller size.

I just recently went to back to using them exclusively and own them in many colors. Sierra is the best place to buy them as their prices can't be beat anywhere on the web or in stores. These bags truly take the weight off your back and shoulders even when fully loaded. The quality is wonderful and the compartments inside keep you truly organized. I like the extra small size (the name is deceptive as they hold a lot of stuff) and think I almost have every color they make!
