The quality is excellent. I had been carrying a big, unstructured leather tote, plus a small leather purse (often inside of it). I was able to do away with both and just use this. It had organizer compartments (for credit cards, mobile phone, pens, etc) and yet still is functional for carrying work files and/or my Franklin Covey planner. It's very attractive and very well-made!
