It has turned out to be a good size - and I like to carry a lot of things around.
The outside pocket is not that useful...fits a cellphone, but is not secure - no closure.
I love that it is plain black, simple, good leather - a classic that will be good for years. The only things I do not like are the zipper tassles - but plan on switching them out.
Also, I do agree that the handles could be a bit longer. Nevertheless, very happy with the bag. I have been searching for a long time for a good all around bag, and this one is proving to be lovely!

And, a very big AND for me, it NOT made in China. I have refused for the past two years to buy clothing, handbags or shoes made in China. And, I really appreciate your giving the country of origin for your offerings.
