I figured I would give them a try and the size is perfect. The boot is adorable and easy on/off. The purple is a little loud but still very wearable if you keep the rest of the outfit tame. What an awesome deal!

I have a pretty normal shoe size but it was at least 1/2 to 1 size too small. I did like it so well I returned them and got a bigger size.

I think for regular feet these would be a great addition to anyone's shoe collection. If you like purple, a must have!! I wear an 8 in shoes and always buy my boots a half size up for that extra room.

But for what it is worth, I think that a half size bigger was all I needed, although I question if the width would have been enough on any smaller of a shoe. It's like the boots are just too tight in a weird spot, across the arch, while being plenty long. They seem loose in the heel, too. Oh, well, I am keeping them b/c the price was great and I love the way they look! Probably the fit is perfect if you have a long, narrow foot.

Exchanged for usual size, they were stiff and uncomfortable. My heel slipped up and down as I walked. I was disappointed because they were soooo cute.

After reading other reviews I ordered a half size larger than my regular size. I'm not sure that was necessary, but with socks they seem to work out just fine. They look as if they would last 100 years and are real conversation starters. People notice them immediately, so they're not for wall flowers unless they want to come out from against the wall. I am particularly pleased with the roominess at the top. I am short so my calves are closer to my heels than some peoples'. That sometimes limits me to short boots--but with these, no problem.
