By Jason Construction from Burbank Ca. on 08/05/2008 Cons: Needs to be broken in, Too Stiff Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Construction Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are good looking. The real test will come when they are broken in and time will tell if these boots are sturdy.
By Changmode from Grass Valley, CA on 07/31/2008 Best Uses: Cold Weather, Travel Describe Yourself: Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased these to serve as motorcycle boots. Even though they are "lace-up" boots I could not be happier. The fit is excellent. The comfort level is high both while riding and walking. The steel-toe gives an added measure of safety for motorcycling and the price could not be beat.

I have bought this boot many times. By utah kid from Orem, Utah on 06/29/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Stable Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have worked heavy construction for 40 years, I have been an avid hunter, hiker, Boy Scout leader on lots of hikes. I have worn Carolina Logger steel toe boots most of those years and found them the best overall for all of these conditions. I have tried other brands but they just don't feel as good or meet my needs as well.
Fantastic, really comfortable boot By Alex from Boston, MA on 06/21/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Stable, Stain Resistant, Very sharp looking Best Uses: Around houseyard, Casual Wear, Rugged work situations Describe Yourself: Boot lover, Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are extremely comfortable, supportive, protective, and look/feel great on the outside as well. I was particularly impressed with how little my feet sweat in them, even with temps in the 80s. I use them a lot for casual wear because they feel so good, so I care that they hold their finish pretty well. Any good black polish fixes scuffs/dings on the uppers -- dk.brown polish on the soles/welts. Feel great, but they don't have the tailored fit or heavy-duty shock absorption necessary for distance hiking, in which case the strength of being loose enough, to breathe well becomes a disadvantage.

By Seamhead from Colorado Mountains on 03/17/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable, Stain Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Really a great value in these boots. Many steel toed boots have too little space for your toes to be comfortable, but not these. I have have several other logger boots, but these are the best I've ever purchased. Thanks STP for a nice boot at a great price.
