By urban walker from san francisco on 10/26/2009 Pros: Easy To Load, Good padding, Highly Adjustable, Large capacity Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Somehow I didn't realize how much weight this pack would have - the wheels really add. The reason to have wheels is to deal with weight, but if it's on your back, light is good.
Otherwise it seems to be a good pack
Convenient travel companion By Stuart from San Antonio, TX on 08/21/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Load, Large capacity, Lightweight Cons: Insufficient Padding Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Used traveling around China for a month. Took a beating without any problems. Had purchased a somewhat smaller version of the same bag but it could not stand up to the abuse so exchanged for a second of this bag so we now have two.
By Tom from Salina, KS on 08/10/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Load, Large capacity Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very useful as a set. Take the backpack with you on the plane. However, being 6' 6", the backpack looked like a toy on my back. Sturdy and maneuverable on Europe's trains. Easily held what I needed for 10 days.

The zip off pack gives me the ability to have a light day-pack for metro around town excursions while the main bag allows me to carry enough for extended stays. The packs combined make a utilitarian pack for even some over night camping trips.
By Red Baron from Forth Worth, Texas on 04/28/2008 Pros: Durable, Easy to Pack, Good Back Support, Good Padding, Strong Zippers Best Uses: Airline Travel, Train Travel Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My wife travels in a wheelchair and we will take a European vaction soon with many transfers at train stations. The wheeled back pack will give me "hands free" luggage so as to guide her wheelchair while not having to worry about someone ripping off our luggage when I'm not looking. I've already reommended to two friends who don't even have to travel with a wheelchair! Do you know where your bags are? On your back!
