By Jane the Dogwalker from Bend, OR on 11/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these boots around town when it is a bit snowy or very cold. The top of the boot fits under most of my pants, unlike my heavier snow boots, and that is a real asset.
By Mitzi from Chicago, IL on 11/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased the same snowboot for my husband last year and he loved it! (considering that he's a very picky man when it comes to shoes and clothing) So, I bought one for myself and the kids. The only thing that bothered me was the sizing. I have a different keen snowboot which is 1/2 size larger than my size. This one is 1 1/2 larger! I have to return/exchange it twice before I felt comfortable. (same with my daughter) Otherwise, I love it, love it, love it! [...]
My feet will be warm again this winter By Happy Trails from RAF MIldenhall , UK on 10/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought my boots in 2005 while I was living in Northern Japan where it snows around 5 months out of the year. These boots not only kept my feet warm in-10C but they stayed warm all day and were always dry. I used for them for snowshoeing in the mountains and even crossed a stream in them and my feet were never a problem. I have been in England for 2 winters now and once again, I can count on them.

By Formerly Cold from Reno, NV (Juneau, AK temporarily) on 10/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are incredibly warm! I am always, always cold but recently had an opportunity to visit Alaska for the first time (I'm in AK as I review! I am so excited I have to share it with you now!), and I have not been cold one time because my feet are SO WARM! I bought these boots long ago on a "thirds" rack thinking one day I'd use them for something, and I'm so, so glad I did. They are a full size larger than my regular Keen size (I have a lot), so definitely size up! It's been raining since I arrived, and right around 40 degrees F, but I've been so warm because of these boots! We're going hiking on a glacier tomorrow, and I have no question that these will stand up to the challenge. I think I will wear them everyday this winter...they are a little hard on and off, but easier the more you do it.
