By key west girl now in wasgington state from anacortes washington on 05/26/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Love the colordusty pink, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit, Runs small than usual Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Walking to work Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: while i love the color, i ordered half size bigger as suggested, but still feels to small. i am keeping them, but have to wear them with very thin sox or barefoot. not ideal for winter as i would have liked to wear regular sox. also entry into the boot is hard, so silky sox work best. buy at least a size bigger and you will be happy!
Don't be afraid to purchase these! By The Gump from Cottonwood Heights, UT on 05/24/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was dubious! I have a narrow, low-volume foot; I thought these MIGHT work w/ski socks. The pull cord across the foot works great for me. They are the best snow-sports boot I've owned! I'm a ski instructor so find myself moving around in icy, mucky parking lots at resorts ~ not to worry in these. Besides all the practical goodness, they are really cute; I have the pink.
By Celtimar from Syracuse, NY on 03/23/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: What can I say...I've finally found winter boots that live up to exactly what I've been looking for. I read 44 reviews before purchasing these boots and now I know firsthand why every single review was positive. I agree that if you are a half size to order up. I did and they fit perfectly. I can wear thick boot socks or thin casual socks and the fit is great with both. One word of advice though...you won't need to wear thick boot socks because these babies are WARM! Not sweaty warm though. They keep you toasty. The color was great. I chose the dusty rose as I really wanted these boots and that was the only color available in my size at the time. They're really nice. I like that I can wear functional winter boots but not feel like they're so clunky and manly-looking that it looks like I borrowed my father's boots. I found them really easy to drive in (took a 5 hour car ride the day after I got them). They're super comfortable also. I felt like I was wearing sneakers. And light weight too! I look forward to wearing them for many winters to come which is certainly more that I can say for the last few pairs of boots I've purchased. I almost wish I had two pair just for fun! If you're looking for a warm, stylish, super comfortable boot with great traction, you've finally found it! Order these boots or be left out in the cold!

It's snug-fitting and lightweight enough for snowshoe running; waterproof enough for wet slush, and never leaves feet cold or sweaty (especially with Smartwools!). Sometimes I even wear mine indoors.

By Jen from Caribou, Maine on 01/08/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for snowshoeing because they looked lightweight and compact, but have not yet had a chance to use them for such. I have, however, worn them outside to play with my kids in the Northern Maine weather, and my feet were kept warm. The stylish design and pretty pink influenced my decision to buy, but they also deliver on practicality.
