Best binoculars I've seen from Bushnell By drphotohap from Kentucky on 05/06/2008 Pros: Close Focus, Fogproof, Rubber Armored, Strong Construction, Value, Waterproof, Wide Field Cons: Narrow angle of sharpness Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I debated for a month and a half whether to keep these binoculars or not. I want better binoculars but can't afford them. For a good quality roof prism, these are well worth what they sell for. They seem heavy duty, have good sharpness, contrast & brightness.
By Hunten fool from Arizona on 04/07/2008 Pros: Close Focus, Compact, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction Best Uses: Backup bino's, Carry in vehicle, Security Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these in my vehicle for when I need a quick look at somthing in the field. Good value at sale price would not pay close to the original price.

The optics are clear and precise and the focus
is exceptional. For a great all-around pair
of binoculars, you can't beat the value of this
deal. Highly recommended for the price.
By KAP the traveller from Atlanta GA on 03/12/2008 Pros: Close Focus, Quality Lenses, Strong Construction Best Uses: Bird Watching, whale watching Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for an Alaska expedition. I believe they will suit the purpose very well, as I can SEE forever very clearly, BUT they are heavy, and far from "compact." Just a trade-off, like my point & shoot digital camera VS my SLR camera body with the telephoto lens. One has to consider what matters most. I will bear the weight for the trip, but would not carry these around for casual weekend nature trips.

a great value, nice optics By macro from WI on 12/13/2007 Cons: Difficult to Use, slow to focus Best Uses: Bright Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: super optics, a bit heavy and the focus wheel needed a bit of "grease" making it slow to bring into focus, however focus was very precise
