I have had foot problems (plantar, splayed, metatarsal)that have held me back. These boots solve all those problems. The rocking sole is a little unsteady until you get used to it, particularly when jumping. But if foot problems have kept you back, buy these boots! Comfy - a-a-a-h!

Unfortunately the smallest size available was still too large for me, so I had to return mine. [...] My friend LOVES these boots. Originally tried them in Germany and instantly fell in love with the comfort and health benefits of MBTs. She has knee/joint aches and MBTs really help. [...]!
By Chef with tired feet from Sonoma, CA on 12/27/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are different shoes than any I've ever worn. Vital to watch the video that comes with shoes, so you know what to expect and get used to them gradually. Once you're used to them, however, it's like walking on air.
Even better than advertised By Miss Cheverly from Cheverly, MD on 12/17/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Comfortable sole almost propels you forward, making you want to walk longer and take longer strides. Ideal for exercise walking in winter on sidewalks, but the sole lacks the flexibility you need for backcountry hikes or climbing.

I should have tried them before purchasing my orthodics, which are not as comfortable and more expensive.

By Bridget_Shops_A_Lot from NYC, NY on 11/30/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Non-slip sole, Stable Best Uses: Cold weather, Everyday Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have been looking for a good sale for MBTs for years now. [$] They are so comfortable. I feel like running like a little kid when I wear them. I had foot surgery this year and I threw my alignment out of whack when I was recovering. I feel so great when I wear these - they are supportive. My knees don't hurt, my posture improves remarkably and I feel like exercising more regularly with them on than I do with my normal sneakers. They are not the most attractive shoes on the planet, but they are incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend them.
By Wyowoman from Laramie, WY on 11/26/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Non-slip sole Best Uses: Day hikes, Everyday, Work Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: MBTs are, without a doubt, the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I'm on my feet all day at work and I still feel like dancing at the end of the day. They did take some time to get used to, but my joints and muscles have improved since I began wearing these shoes. I'm keeping a lookout for new styles!
