Nonetheless, I don't hesitate for a moment to wear it in the cold and rain. Has held up to multiple hours of rain without leaking at all.

It is warm and windproof and very comfortable. With the flaps folded up it still fits well. It just might be the best cold weather hat I have owned.

It has ear flaps! The brim is easily shaped. Covers head very well. Wind has a tough time getting into this thing. A buddy asked me if it came with a free bowl of soup. I think this is a reference to some movie. I don't care, I think this hat is the cat's pajamas. I can't wait to test out the waterproofness. Does not need the brim snap as it stays up by itself.
