Great pants, very specific fit By Hiker from USA on 04/22/2008 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Technically, these pants are effectively designed and seem like they would hold up well.
These pants are great for someone with a slim straight-up-and-down figure. I'm a curvy/athletic size 10 or 12, and the 10 in these pants was far too small, especially over the muscles in my butt and in the waist. I also had trouble with the zipper, since there is no button or snap at the top. If the pants fit, I don't think it would be problematic, though.
I would buy this product again By margie from Gould,Colorado on 01/02/2008 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Cold Weather, Hiking, X-Country Skiing Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants are great as a light outer layer when x-country skiing, snowshoeing or on a warm day of back country skiing. They are light weight, yet keep you warm when your working up a sweat. The only thing I would change is the zipper, button and tie at the waist. I think they would last longer if they will just pull ups-but that is a minor observation
I would buy this product again. By Wayne from ChangHua Taiwan on 12/10/2007 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: That is a good product for hiking.
By Sarah from Lansing, MI on 12/05/2007 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've been using there pants for adventure racing and really like them. The knees are strechy so the pants are pretty comfortable while biking. Most long pants make me crazy when biking in them because they tug around the knees. The zipper is a little weird and I was worried about it coming down, but it has not. It think they were made without a button to make a backpack strap more comfortable, which it is. They are a nice lightweight barrier on the shins for bushwacking and dry pretty fast. These will be my new warm weather race pants when I'm worried about poison ivy and thorns.
By Snacktime from Atlanta on 11/15/2007 Pros: High-Quality Material and Stitching Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants are low cut and tight in the hips & fanny, then loose in the legs. It's hard to imagine how the cut would be comfortable or practical on the trail!
