Raglan style shoulders and sleeve construction lends to comfortable backpacking.

By Jigger from Harrisville, RI on 03/04/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Lots Of Pockets, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got this for XC skiing. I've been looking for something not to heavy for cold weather and still be able to layer. This is just right... if you do get over heated it is very easy to pack in your backpack. I also got the hot pink that is very visible for skiing in the woods. LOVE IT!!
By outdoor mom from oly, wa on 02/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight, Warm Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this coat for a warm layer under a shell and it is great. Too heavy and warm for when you are snowshoeing, hiking etc. but good to put on when you stop and are going to still be outside.
Great jacket, nice color! By DenverSunshine from Denver, CO on 01/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight, Stylish, Warm Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice warm, packable jacket. For warmth, it's somewhere between 650 fill down and a fleece. Very compressible and the pink/berry color is hard to miss! Long arms and torso fit me well (5'8 and a bit long waisted).
Pit zips would be nice if you were using this jacket for high exertion activities, but for walking the dog, hiking or camping this jacket is perfect. Also cute enough for around town.
By Servant to the cat from Eagle River, Ak on 06/19/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight, Lots Of Pockets, Stylish, Warm Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A great jacket, but sizes run a little small. I bought a large so I could layer it over other jackets, but I fits snug enough that it will have to be a base a layer. A good lightweight coat, A little heavier than similar ultralight jackets yet the outer material is more durable. A good tradeoff.
By Montana Sunrise from Montana on 04/19/2008 Pros: Compressible, Good Weight, Warm Best Uses: Backpacking, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this to use as a packable extra layer for hiking in the mountains, and it fills the bill nicely. The nylon fabric is a bit heavier than I expected (good for durability), and is noisy as all nylon tends to be, but it is still very lightweight. The jacket fits snugly over layers, but not too tightly, and the sleeve length is good for my long arms.

She liked it so much she had to have one so I got her one too.
