Great Tights! Good Value! By Pedaling Fool from Orange, CA on 11/12/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Padding Best Uses: Cold Weather, Long Rides, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ride my bike to work every day and the morning as getting chilly. These pants keep me warm and comfortable. The size seems true. I'm tall (5'10") and finally found a pair of pants that is long enough for me. The zipper in the back is convenient. I'm very happy with the pants. The padding is a little thin, but so far I haven't had any discomfort even on the longer rides.
Buy these if you're 5'8'' or over By wannacycleallday from New York City on 10/31/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly Cons: Irregular Fit, Not Enough Padding, Unflattering in front Best Uses: Cold Weather, Road Biking, Short Rides Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The only thing good about these are the fabric - light but warm, velvety feel, breathes and moves with you. But the tights are not true to size; I am 5'7" and the Medium was too long by 1.5 inches and these do not look good rolled up because they have a very long zipper in back of the calve. (could have done without that too)The chamois lining is too thin for rides of 20 miles or more. It's not plush like you find in other tights. Finally the chamois is too padded in front-it's embarrassing to walk out in it - it looks too much like a certain female part. No kidding. Gotta send these back. They're a total dud.
By Cycle Betty from New York, NY on 10/07/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Great Fit Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice pants, but could use more padding. Probably best for shorter rides.
By Still riding my Puch Alpina from Arlington, MA on 12/12/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Good Padding Best Uses: Cold Weather, Commuting, Road Racing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I loved the light fleece lining in these pants.
Also, I am tall so I liked the full length, and tidy ankle zip.
By Seattle Biker Chic from Seattle, WA on 12/09/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Padding, Good Pockets and Features Cons: None I have found so far Best Uses: Mountain Biking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like the zippers
By Munks from Austin, TX on 12/03/2008 Cons: Not Enough Padding, Too high waisted, Too long Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I really liked the fabric these are made of - not shiny, not too thick, nice warm & comfortable. I also liked the leg zippers that made these easier to get on & off and the reflective piping for extra visibility. I did not like the fit at all- The seat padding was pretty minimal and would not be sufficient for long rides. The waistband hits way too high on me and the legs are way too long (by about 5 inches). I am 5'4" with about a 32 inch inseam and I have to return the size medium because of this poor fit.
By BikerBBY from Los Angeles, CA on 11/26/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Padding Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I had to send them back because they were a little baggy. Other than that they were warm and comfy. The zipper ankle is great as are the reflector zipper reinforcement.
By Roadrunner from Western Slope Colorado on 11/25/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Good Padding Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Tights should be for tall-very long for 5'4". Inseam seems longer than stated. Otherwise it is a very good tight.
