By babyluvpug from Lowville, New York on 04/15/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, Nice Color, Nice Fabric, Versatile Cons: Front vent is too high Best Uses: Special Occasions, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I plan to wear this skirt to work, primarily. Very feminine, flirty; flatters the curves without compromising taste. The fabric feels nice, not cheap. The only problem: the front vent is too high for comfort, so I will have to sew it up. Fits perfectly; runs a bit small compared to my other skirts in the same size 10. Can dress it up with pumps and blouse, or wear it casually with flats and sweater.
Are there really people this shape? The size 14 certainly does not fit on the natural waistline as the waist of the garment is 36 inches round! I wonder if it is meant to hang from ones hips, but that does not look good either.
The hips fit me OK.
I will try size 12 and pray that somehow I can make it work if the hips are not too tight.
